Facilities: Picnic table, number of tents: 20+ | Simpsons Domain was the site of an old logging mill. The campsite is located at the place of the mill workers settlement. Another clearing visible from the road is the location of the old mill. All that remains now is a concrete slab. The Domain includes some 800 year old podocarp trees. When they fruit they attract birds from all around the surrounding district.
